What’s the typical build-up and dismantle timeline?

Most shows allow 1–2 build-up days with dismantle on show close or the following day. Overtime/night work can be arranged subject to organiser and venue fees—we handle the passes and scheduling.

Can you handle outstation events (Penang / Kuala Lumpur / others)?

Yes. We fabricate in the Johor Bahru and deploy experienced crews and partners in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, with travel and logistics managed in-house.

What do you need from us to start?

Floor plan and booth size/height, organiser manual & deadlines, brand guidelines, reference photos, any functional requirements (storage, meeting, demo), and your timeline. We’ll return a proposal with drawings and a schedule.
