Pop-up Booth Setup

Custom carpentry kiosks and mall activations. We design, fabricate, and install within restricted hours, ensuring compliance with mall guidelines.

Our Process

We confirm goals (brand awareness, sampling, data capture), campaign duration, venue/mall, booth footprint & utilities, and your working budget. Brand guidelines and any venue constraints are reviewed from the outset.

3D visuals and material suggestions (suitable for daily public use) with value-engineering to meet budget. We align with mall design guidelines (height, setbacks, finishes) and plan furniture/planting if needed.

We prepare and submit required documentation and service orders:

  • Risk Assessment (RA) & Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
  • Technical drawings (plan/elevation, materials, fixings)
  • Power plan (incl. 24-hour sockets where required)
  • Fire-retardant certifications for key finishes
  • Mall/venue forms — electrical orders, housekeeping, security passes, delivery bay bookings

Fabrication cannot begin until approvals are granted. We track cut-off dates and confirmations.

Carpentry at our workshop with a pre-fit to check joins, wiring and finishes. Note: this is a bespoke build assembled and dismantled on site; the structure is not designed for reuse across venues.

Production of vinyl wraps, posters, acrylic signs, and lightbox prints. We provide proofs for colour accuracy and surface compatibility before printing.

Dry-fit (mock-up) where helpful, labelling for fast assembly, and delivery scheduling to match restricted mall hours. We coordinate access passes, insurance, and loading bay slots with mall management.

Installation during non-trading hours with floor protection, power/lighting tests, and safety checks before handover. We photograph final positions and snag anything immediately.

Typically no on-site exhibitor support due to campaign length. Optional: on-call assistance or scheduled maintenance visits can be arranged on request.

At campaign end, we dismantle, remove graphics, manage waste responsibly, and reinstate surfaces per mall rules so the space is returned in good order.

Single point of contact from brief to make-good, with progress photos, schedule tracking, and clear change-log reporting.
