Complete event delivery for corporate functions, launches, and activations — from proposal to programme flow, technical production, and on-site management.
Our Process
We gather objectives, audience size, key programme elements (launch, speeches, performances), date/venue preference, and target budget. We then prepare a draft proposal—initial concepts, layout ideas, and cost estimates—so you have a clear picture before moving forward.
After your review of the draft, we conduct a site visit to verify dimensions, ceiling heights, power supply, rigging points, load-in routes and backstage access. We refine design and costing with venue-specific details and update drawings accordingly.
We plan the programme flow end-to-end: guest registration, stage timings, transitions, cue points, and finale moments—aligning staging, AV, staffing, and logistics so delivery is smooth on the day.
We prepare and submit the required paperwork and service orders:
- Risk Assessment (RA) & Method Statement (SWP)
- Technical drawings for stage, AV and rigging
- Lighting and power plans
- Professional Engineer (PE) endorsement where required
- Organiser/venue forms (electrical supply, rigging points, internet, water/drainage, housekeeping, badges)
Venue approval must be secured before installation begins. We handle submissions and liaise with the organiser on your behalf.
We fabricate custom stage elements, backdrops and props in our workshop, and coordinate trusted suppliers for AV, lighting, furniture, plants and décor rentals. Content specs (ratios/codecs) are confirmed with your team.
Our crew manages staging, AV, rigging and décor within the venue’s move-in window. Where required, we run technical rehearsals to test sound, lighting and stage transitions before show day.
Your event is show-ready. We support adjustments, technical checks and programme flow on the day. We are on call throughout the event period, with on-site standby available if required.
Beyond the build, we can assist with furniture, décor and florals via suppliers; consumables and small essentials for guest areas; and courier/logistics support for materials or equipment after the event.
At close, we dismantle staging, AV and décor, manage waste responsibly, and reinstate surfaces so the venue is returned as per hall rules.
A dedicated coordinator manages communication, approvals and updates from proposal to strike, with progress photos and a concise wrap-up report for peace of mind throughout.
