Setup coordination depends on local partner availability, venue access rules, organiser deadlines, structural requirements and confirmed project scope. PE endorsement, electrical connection, rigging, approval fees and other third-party organiser charges are excluded unless clearly stated in the quotation.

We check suitable local support for fabrication, printing, rental items or installation based on the project.

Quotation & confirmation

Once scope is clear, we prepare quotation and timeline. Production starts after confirmation and payment.

Setup coordination

We coordinate fabrication, delivery, installation timing and dismantling with the relevant parties.

Are you the main contractor for the booth?

Depending on the project, KEW·I PROJECTS can act as the booth contractor and setup coordinator, working with suitable local fabrication, printing or installation partners for execution.

Do you manage the organiser submission?

We can help check relevant organiser requirements and coordinate required information where applicable. Formal submissions, approvals, PE endorsement or official charges depend on the organiser and project scope.

Are organiser or venue charges included?

No, not unless clearly stated in the quotation. Electrical connection, rigging, internet, compressed air, PE endorsement, admin fees, approval fees or late order charges may be charged separately by the organiser or appointed third parties.

Can you support urgent setup requests?

Urgent requests depend on the remaining timeline, organiser deadlines, material availability and local partner capacity. Confirmed details and fast payment are usually required for rush projects.
