Our Process

A clear process covering exhibition booth design, venue approvals, fabrication, installation, and on-site support.

We understand stand size, target visitors, hero products, and brand requirements, and confirm your budget so the proposal is realistic from the outset.

We prepare 3D visuals and material suggestions to confirm fit to budget. Organiser rules, height limits, and fire safety are checked for compliance. Furnishings, seating, displays, or plants can be included and sourced via trusted suppliers.

Once the design is confirmed, we prepare and submit:

  • Risk Assessment (RA) & Method Statement (SWP)
  • Technical drawings (plans, elevations, material specs)
  • Power and rigging plans (where applicable)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) endorsement for tall/structural elements

Form submission for exhibitors: we can complete and submit organiser order forms on your behalf, including:

  • Electrical supply & 24-hour sockets
  • Rigging points / hanging signage approvals
  • Internet, water/drainage (where available), and compressed air
  • Furniture, plants, carpet/flooring, and cleaning services
  • Material handling / forklift, delivery & waste passes
  • Exhibitor badges and other on-site services

*Fabrication cannot begin until the organiser and venue approve the documentation. We track all deadlines and confirmations.

With approvals secured, fabrication is carried out by our local fabrication teams. Progress photos and mock-ups are provided to confirm finishing, colours, and materials before delivery.

We handle installation, logistics, rigging, and AV integration, completing all setup within the official move-in schedule. Final checks and adjustments are completed before handover to ensure the booth is show-ready for opening.

We assist with the setup of furnishings, plants, and decorative items, support the purchase of booth essentials where required, and arrange couriers for exhibits or materials prior to the show.

Support is available during event days for touch-ups, technical issues, or urgent adjustments. On-site standby can be arranged where required.

After the event, our crew dismantles the stand and clears the hall according to venue rules, leaving the space tidy and compliant.

Post-event support can be arranged for exhibit packing, transportation, storage, or return logistics, depending on project requirements.
